For Paster, staff, council and other leaders
Thursday Afternoon
Optional half day of Renewal for the Pastor: (3 to 4 hours)
- Includes initial one-on-one conference with the Director
- Time for personal reflection and recollection
- Concluding wrap-up with the Director
Friday Morning and Afternoon
Day of Recollection and Reflection for the Parish Staff (6 hours)
- Includes time for personal prayer
- Reflection on the Spirituality of Parish Leadership
- An awareness of one’s call to ministry and service
- All this is done in the context of community and collaboration
- Discernment concerning priorities and commitments
- An Option for individual conferences at the conclusion, after 3 pm
Saturday Morning and Afternoon
Day of Reflection for the Pastoral Council (6 hours)
- Similar Agenda as Friday
- Includes time for personal prayer
- Reflection on the Spirituality of Parish Leadership
- An awareness of one’s call to ministry and service
- All this is done in the context of shared decision making
- Being the “Bearer of the Dream” and “Instigator of Change”
- An Option for individual conferences at the conclusion, after 3 pm
Sunday Morning and Afternoon
Optional: Celebrant for one or two of the weekend Masses
- Concluding wrap-up session with the Pastor for reactions and feedback
Costs: (Fees are flexible depending on parish financial resources.)
- For the Friday staff session and Saturday with the council:
$1,995, plus travel - For the combined staff and council session on Saturday:
$1,695, plus travel - For pastor and staff only, Thursday afternoon and Friday:
$1,395 plus travel
