PEP Pastoral Consultants offers the Parish Assessment and Renewal Process (PAR): This is a seventeen day on-site inventory and assessment of all aspects of parish life leading to a strategic plan. The team returns in six months for a follow-up evaluation weekend.
PEP Pastoral Consultants provides a sixteen month process to assist priest's personnel boards with the transition of pastors in Catholic parishes. This service is also available to individual parishes undergoing a change of pastors, as well other groups experiencing transition of leadership.
PEP Pastoral Consultants helps pastors, priests and pastoral administrators discover what is a reasonable workload for their ministry of leadership and pastoral care. This is done by means of two four-hour workshops, six months apart, along with personal reflection and interaction with a co-worker or mentor between the two sessions.
PEP Pastoral Consultants does on-site consultation with parish staffs to help them in their ministry including skills for collaboration, conflict management, goal-setting and leadership.
PEP Pastoral Consultants also works with pastoral councils to help them better define their purpose, roles and function in the parish.
On-going Leadership Development
PEP Pastoral Consultants works with the pastor, staff and parish leaders to help them refine structures, clarify the decision-making process, link groups together, recruit and train volunteers, set goals, evaluate ministries.
Each workshop or training session is geared to the particular needs of the group or parish community.
